Hi everybody, it's Jackie from eslspeaking.org. So today's slang is stoner. Stoner is not a good word. You do not want to be a stoner. A stoner is someone who is always smoking weed, marijuana, pot or doing drugs. They are always stoned or high.
Some examples:
- Oh, my son is a stoner. He smokes pot every day.
- In high school, I was a stoner but I quit smoking in university.
So it's not smoking cigarettes. It's only doing drugs, illegal drugs like marijuana, pot, and weed are all names for that. But a stoner does it every day or almost every day.
