Today's phrasal verb is get back to. So get back to means to return to doing something that you were previously doing. You can use this one at work. If an annoying co-worker just is chatting with you, and you don't want to talk to them anymore you can say, "Oh sorry, I have to get back to work." And then they take that as a hint. They have to get out of there and leave you alone.
